The diet is what it is; it contains all of the ingredients to help you lose weight. But if you are off eating chips, cookies and Big Macs on a daily basis, do not expect the "magical formula" to make up for the poor eating habits. The diet will turn out the way you choose for it to.

While many are nothing but a waste of your money, some like the acai berry diet will deliver results. Just know that your mindset and the effort you put into it will ultimately determine whether or not the weight is shed.
