weight should be the top concern in order to avoid the pain. Likewise, you should be careful on the food you eat and monitor the calorie intake.

Smoking is a bad habit associated to back pain. That is why most smokers complain to their doctors about the condition. before the situation gets worse.

Another strategy that you can follow to prevent backache is to give break to your back. Standing or sitting for a long period can put stress in your back that could cause pain. You can place your feet on an elevated stool so that your lower back will be rested. Likewise, once in a while you should do some stretching.

Moreover, proper sleeping position can also prevent back pain. According to the
American Academy of family Physicians, sleeping on your sides with bent knees is the best sleeping position that can avert back pain. In addition, you should also sleep on firm mattress so that you will not feel stiff upon waking up.
