It would be necessary for you to simply sleep for at least eight hours a day so that when you are well rested, chances are you would be able to also regulate your every day activity. Aside from sleeping the required number of hours, it would also be good if you can eat the correct type of foods since eating healthily coupled with a proper lifestyle can result to a good hygiene.
If you are still experiencing problems with sweating even with all of the tips and methods, then it might be time for you to do extreme measures and consult your dermatologist since you might be doing something wrong.
This means that although you are bathing regularly and using the right kinds of products that you think is perfect for your skin, the item you are using may not really contain the ingredients that they say can help you with your problem. For cases such as this, asking help from a trusted dermatologist and asking for a proper medication can be of good help.
Aside from consulting your doctor and doing all the necessary steps to avoid and control the problem, it would also be good if you try to avoid having contact with other people who are also suffering from sweating problems. It may not have been proven that excessive sweating can be linked to a person's exposure with someone else but for sanity sake, you might want to consider doing this as well.
