Times are tough for everyone at present, as the credit-crunch, recession and economic depression bite. These can mean that you have less money to spend on either the little pleasures in life, or maybe also the really important things. Money can be too tight to mention because people lose their jobs, or there is no room in the company for a promotion or pay-rise, or even if things are the same for someone, they can simply feel as if they need to watch their wallet more than they did before, in case their employer goes bust or needs to down-size. If this happens, it can then be much more difficult than it used to be to find a new job, and also much more difficult to find credit. Whose fault is this? Is it the governments fault for not regulating the financial world, or for not be prepared and ready for a sharp change in matters, so that there are now too few jobs available in a stumbling economy? It is easy to blame, and maybe rightly so, but that won't bring in any monthly salary or weekly wage. It may now be time for individuals to take matters more into their own hands and in turn stop relying on the welfare state and incessant hand-outs. If this is the case, then perhaps people need to start taking jobs that they would not consider doing previously. Or, maybe everyone should think about things more entrepreneurially and with an open mind. If they are going to do this, then they need to think about what kind of self-employed business they can run, and how can they do this. The ‘what' may be more difficult, but the how is much easier. Everything is on the internet these days, so why not think about starting a business online? This would then mean that everyone with a computer and an internet connection is your potential customer. The daunting part may be how to handle the technical side. Everything can be done yourself, and if you don't want to spend or waste money at first, then practice can make perfect. In this case, the best thing to do would be to start to learn . It does not even need to cost anything, because you can find a , and even a online. This means that you can go through the whole process, from start to finish, and it does not even need to cost you anything. Once you then have the knowledge and skill of how to make a website, you can then move on to a much more expansive and professional site. That can be the company domain all taken care of. You then need to consider the ‘what', which means you need to choose to either sell a product or a service. A service will be specialised and therefore perhaps more unlikely. It can only realistically be something that you are already skilled in, and can either offer online advice and consultation, or, something you can do for customers locally to where you live. The product may therefore be easier. You then need to find a product which you can buy at a cheaper cost than you can sell it for. This may sound obvious and simple, but if you think about it, there may just be a niche that for some reason, you can get your hands on easier than other people can, or just buy in vast bulk, to lower costs, then sell individual units more expensively. But you need to get creative.
