These exercise are sure not to get you tired easily. Now you know asthma does not stop you form exercising. But try to stick to only those recommended.

Your doctor is the best to advice you accordingly because he or she must know more about your health than any other person. So, it's always wise to seek the help and guide of your personal doctor, as regards exercise and asthma. I know someone who taught he knew it all as regards his health. Guess what? He ended up in serious medical problems. Don't be like him. No matter how much you think you know, your doctor knows better and should be in the best position to advise you on any health related issue.
